Demo Scenario
- Agentforce Service Agent creates a Jira Issue using zAgileConnect Flow Actions, populating the issue with appropriate customer context
- Agentforce Service Agent derives the context from Account and Case data, as well as customer conversations
Flow:
- Customer Support Agent asks Agentforce Service Agent to create a Jira Issue
- Service Agent generates a formatted Description of the problem reported by the customer from prior conversations and other customer data
- Service Agent uses Flow defined for Jira Issue creation to populate the Issue Description and other required fields
- Service Agent creates the Jira Issue from the Case
